Directions: how to find us

The Linhay is situated only twenty minutes from the main A38 giving easy access to Plymouth, Exeter or Cornwall and the Eden Project. You can see where we are and how to find us using the Google map on the right; view the map in a new window to see more detail, or to get detailed directions from your starting point.

Once you reach Totnes, you can find us by road using the following instructions:

  1. Immediately after passing through The Mounts, take the first right signposted 'Higher Torr' and 'Grimpstonleigh'
  2. Drive approximately half a mile down the lane.
  3. Drive slowly through the shallow ford and up the unmade road to the Five Bar gate at The Linhay.
